Paxos – Antipaxos

We cross the dreamy beaches of Orkos and Lakkos and then enter the picturesque village of Lakka with its crystal-clear waters. We continue with a visit to the Hypapanti cave, the largest in Paxos, and then we visit the enchanting beach of Erimitis, surrounded by imposing cliffs. If you wish and if the weather allows, we make a stop for a swim and set anchor, sailing towards Achai. We explore the interior of the first of the three caves that communicate with each other and anchor for you to dive into the endless shades of blue. In the second cave, swim and look up at the sky. The top of the cave has collapsed, creating a hole that illuminates the cave in a magical way. After our wonderful and refreshing dive, we continue our exploration with the Ortholithos cave, at the entrance of which stands an impressive vertical rock, embedded in the sea. Then, we continue to the Blue Bay, a cove with azure waters where we take another dive. Thus, we reach the end of our exploration of the west side of Paxos with our visit to the famous “Kamara” or otherwise called “Trypitos”, a magnificent rocky, natural arch surrounded by turquoise waters.
